Through Vietnam Tour 12 Days

 

You are welcomed at the airport then transfer to your hotel in Saigon. Welcome dinner at the restaurant. Overnight at the proposed hotel.

The trip starts with full day city tour in Saigon. Visit Former Presidential Palace, the War Crime Museum, the central complex of architecture: the Notre Dame Cathedral, the City Hall, the Municipal Theater, Xa Loi Pagoda, where keeps the glass vase that on its central altar contains the heart of Thich Quang Duc, a Buddhist monk who felt so strongly about the in humane treatment of his fellows that he committed suicide by burning on June 11, 1963 as a final protest, visit Ben Thanh market and China town. Overnight in Saigon.

After breakfast, transfer to My Tho. Take the motorized boat through the Bao Dinh natural canal; view the steakhoand the fruit plantation along the canal sides. Visit the My Tho wholesale fruit market. Proceed to the Tortoise Island. Lunch in the heart of the orchard. Enjoy the nice boat ride through the Tan Tach natural canal in Ben Tre, cruise under the shadow of the water coconut trees. Visit the family business where you can experience the agricultural lifestyle. Trek through the fruit plantation in Thoi Son island, enjoy the rowing boat ride on the creeks before returning to My Tho by rowing boat. Proceed to Can Tho. Check into a hotel. Overnight in Can Tho.

Breakfast at hotel, take the morning boat trip to visit the Phong Dien floating market with the busy sense right at the time. Keep cruising through the small channels system, visit the rice noodles making village. Experience the "monkey Bridge" in the Delta. Visit the second floating market of Cai Rang. Break time for lunch. Return to Saigon. Stop for visit and rest at the Bonsai garden in My Tho. Overnight at your hotel in Saigon.

Fly to Nha Trang at noon. Upon arrival you are picked up to hotel for check in. Afternoon city tour Nha Trang including Po Nagar Cham Tower, and Long Son Pagoda. Overnight in Nha Trang.

Morning boat trip to visit Tam and Mun Island. Take a flight to Danang. Drive to Hoi An. On the way, visit Cham Museum and Marble Mountain. Overnight in Hoi An.

Breakfast at hotel. Take a walking tour of the ancient town center to visit the former merchants' homes, the 400 year-old Japanese Covered Bridge and the colorful market. In the afternoon drive to Hue, on the way visit Lang Co Beach, Hai Van Pass. Overnight in Hue.

Visit Royal Citadel which was constructed by Emperor Gia Long in the style of French military architect Vauban during the first decades of the 19th century. Visit Imperial Museum, Khai Dinh Tomb. Lunch. In the afternoon a boat trip along Perfume River to visit Thien Mu pagoda, Minh Mang tomb, visit Dong Ba market. Overnight in Hue.

Take a flight to Hanoi in the morning. You will be picked up to visit Hanoi city including: Ho Chi Minh Complex for visit Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Ho Chi Minh Museum and One pillar pagoda, Tran Quoc Pagoda. Continue to visit Literature temple, the first University in Vietnam in 16th century. Have lunch in one of famous restaurant in Hanoi. In the afternoon visit Ethnological museum then have cyclo in the old quarter and visit Dong Xuan market. Enjoy water puppet show. Overnight in Hanoi.

Proceed to Halong Bay. Arrive at noon. You are welcomed on boat, enjoy welcome drink and check into your cabin. Lunch with seafood will be served right after. Cruise around Halong Bay to see the amazing karsts with different formations: Mat Qui (Monster’s face) Islet, But Moc Islet, Cap De Islet, Trong (Drum) Cave, Trinh Nu Cave, to a Floating Fishing village to see this unique way of life and then explore Luon Cave. There will be lots of time for swimming, sun bathing. Enjoy a great sundinner and relax under the starlit sky before retiring to the comfort of your cabin.

Wake up early and enjoy a morning view of Bay’s landscapes with a cup of tea, coffee, fresh fruits. Sitting on the upper deck, we can enjoy the breath-taking beauty of the rocky Islands rising from the crystal-clear waters of the Bay. The quiet is almost eerie; we can hear birds singing, cicadas chirping ashore and the gentle lapping of the waves against our boat, the perfect soundtrack to accompany the fresh air and gentle breeze. And then explore Sung Sot (Amazing) Cave, swim and relax at Titop Beach. Get back and brunch buffet will served. Check out and drive back to Hanoi. Farewell dinner will be served late afternoon. Overnight in Hanoi.

Our car and tour guide will accompany you go shopping until the transfer to the airport for the flight back home. End of tour.

2. CAN I POSTPONE OR CANCEL  MY TRIP? 
All purchases are final and you will need to agree with our term & conditions before confirming your order. In some cases, your booking will be cancelled or postponed for a future day.  However, if you need to cancel within 14 days we may state in our conditions that we will charge cancellation fees. 

3. IF I PURCHASE A PACKAGES, CAN I TRAVEL IN REVERSE DIRECTION?
Yes, our packages are made up on individual travel vouchers, which can be use in any order.  You may want to travel our intineraries in reverse or you may want to complete your package over a number of short trip.

4. DO YOU OFFER LONGER OR MORE CUSTOMIZE TOUR?

5. I HAVE SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS – WILL THEY BE CATERED FOR?
We will try our best to accommodate all dietary requirements but in some out-of-the-way places it can be very difficult to guarantee. We will let you know if there are places on your itinerary where this is the case. Please let us know at the time of booking of any food requirements or allergies and we will pass the information onto your leader. It is also a great idea to bring a card with your dietary requirements written in local language for those time you are eating away from the group.

6. WHAT IS THE CURRENCY IN MY DESTINATION?
It is a good idea to travel with a credit card and ATM card. In Vietnam, the US Dollars and Euros are more widely accepted than other currencies (off course, out of VN Dong). However, in some cases, at some hotels they can accept your local currency but not very much.

9. WHAT IS AN EXTRA COST?
An extra cost is something you will pay direct to the tour or hotel upon arrival. Or, something is mentioned in NOT INCLUDED.  Most of Amity Smile trips are “All Clusive” meaning no extra fees will need to be paid. 

10. HOW DO I KNOW  MY RESERVATION IS CONFIRMED?
After you make an online booking, we will follow up with you to confirm availability and confirm the booking.  Your reservation is not confirmed until receive this follow up email or fax. 

11. CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO THE ITINERARY  OF MY GROUP TRIP, EITHER BEFORE OR DURING THE TRIP?
Please make sure that you are happy with your group trip itinerary before booking because we are unable to change them for individual travelers. However, if you and a group of friends, colleagues,…would like your own personally designed itinerary, get in touch with our travel consultants, they can tailor an itinerary just for you.

12.IN CASE OF EMERGENCY ON TOUR, WHO WILL I CONTACT?
When on tour, your tour guide is the first person of contact. We have our own hotline,  so emergency assistance is available 24hours per day. Please see the office contact details listed on your itinerary or on your voucher. 

13. I AM NOT READY TO BOOK RIGHT NOW,  WHAT SHOULD I DO?
For flights, you can make a booking and then we can hold the booking for a limited period of time until you are ready to purchase and issue the ticket. When you make a booking, we will inform you of the amount of time until the ticket must be issued since this time frame varies by airline.
For hotels, in order to make a booking and hold a room, you must confirm and pay immediately. Unfortunately, we cannot hold a hotel booking for you without payment.
For tours, as tours are related to hotels booking. We will need you 30% for Deposit. This amount is to cover our costs if you cancel the tour. Almost is for cancellation charges of hotels/resorts.
