Hanoi - Ninh Binh - Mai Chau - Moc Chau - Mu Cang Chai - Sapa 5 days

 

Tour Duration: 5 Days / 4 Nights

Itinerary in brief: 

Morning: Amity Smile Travel’s guide & driver will pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi to depart for Ninh Binh Province. Stopover at Phu Ly Town for refreshment breakfast.

10.30: Arrive in Buddha Prayer place in Bai Dinh Pagoda, the biggest pagoda in Southeast Asia with 500 La Han statues, biggest bronze Buddha statue in Vietnam with 10 meters in height, 100 tons in weight. 

12.00: After having lunch at a local restaurant with some local special dishes such as Goat meat with elderberry, pork storage vessel...Depart for Trang An Eco Complex.

Afternoon 14:00: take boat trip to visit cave complex: Sang Cave, Toi Cave, Ba Giot Cave, Nau Ruou in mystery and wildness, see scenery of mountain and rivers – a Ha Long on land of Ninh Binh.

17:00: Getting on the car to transfer to hotel, check in and have dinner in Ninh Binh City.

Evening: Free time for relaxing and exploring Ninh Binh City. Overnight at hotel in Ninh Binh.

Morning: Wake up and have breakfast with Vietnamese local food. Amity Smile Travel’s tour guide and car pick up, depart to Mai Chau, on the way drive through Cuc Phuong National Park which is one of the most popular nature tourist destinations in Vietnam.

At noon: Arrive in Mai Chau, relax, have lunch and check in homestay at Lac Village.

Afternoon: Go shopping around Lac Village. Walking throughout some White Thai villages to see people making traditional dress and stools.

19.00: Enjoy the dinner at the homestay. Enjoy the Thai’s ethnic Perfomance and drink the traditional wine “ruou can”. Overnight at homestay.

Morning: Having breakfast and check out before leave for Moc Chau Plateau. Continue the journey and visit one of the most beautiful places in Moc Chau: Moc Chau Dairy Farm with green meadows and fields of colza flowers, French peach flowers, etc. Then, you visit the hills of tea cultivation.

At noon: Having lunch at a local restaurant in Moc Chau Town.

Afternoon: After lunch, transfer to Tu Le. Admire the magnificent mountain and valley of the North-West of Vietnam on the way. 

17:00: Arrive in Tu Le. Check in & relax before having dinner. Overnight at hotel in Tu Le.

Morning: Affter breakfast, we continue our trip that will climb the Khau Pha Pass, surrounded by 2000-meter peaks and overlooking a large, stunning terraced rice-field plain, and arrive at the h'mong village of Nga Ba Khin, 7 km more of beautiful scenery and we reach the h'mong village of La Pa Tan, for which it is said that it has the most beautiful terraced rice-fields in Vietnam.

At noon: Having lunch at a local restaurant.

Afternoon: Leave Mu Cang Chai to go to Sapa.The road trip takes about two hours as you travel along the west side of Hoang Lien Son mountain range which offers stunning scenery of the fabulous Muong hoa valley. This is well known as the rice basket of Lai Chau province. Stop at the O Quy Ho pass, to take photo sunset over the moutain, enjoy magnificent view of the Fansipan Mount, the highest one in Vietnam. Visit the heaven gate and silver waterfall. Arrive at Sapa town check in the hotel and relax.

Evening: Diner and night at the hotel in Sapa. If you travel to Sapa on Saturday, you will have chance to joint in one of the most unique local markets in Sapa is Love Market where you can learn more about local culture of the hill tribes.

Morning: After breakfast, trekking to Lao Chai - Ta Van minorities villages. ​Return to your hotel, check out and drive to Lao Cai.

At noon: Having luch at a local restaurant in Lao Cai City.

Afternoon: Continue to visit the International Lao Cai Border, border markers Vietnam – China, taking photos before depart for Hanoi.

19:30: Arrive in Hanoi. Say goodbye to Amity Smile Travel. Tour ends.

1. HOW DO I BOOK AND PAY FOR A TOUR?
Amity Smile Travel can be booked online by click on the ‘book this tour’ button on the tour that you want to book. 2. CAN I POSTPONE OR CANCEL  MY TRIP? 
All purchases are final and you will need to agree with our term & conditions before confirming your order. In some cases, your booking will be cancelled or postponed for a future day.  However, if you need to cancel within 14 days we may state in our conditions that we will charge cancellation fees. 

3. IF I PURCHASE A PACKAGES, CAN I TRAVEL IN REVERSE DIRECTION?
Yes, our packages are made up on individual travel vouchers, which can be use in any order.  You may want to travel our intineraries in reverse or you may want to complete your package over a number of short trip.

4. DO YOU OFFER LONGER OR MORE CUSTOMIZE TOUR?

5. I HAVE SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS – WILL THEY BE CATERED FOR?
We will try our best to accommodate all dietary requirements but in some out-of-the-way places it can be very difficult to guarantee. We will let you know if there are places on your itinerary where this is the case. Please let us know at the time of booking of any food requirements or allergies and we will pass the information onto your leader. It is also a great idea to bring a card with your dietary requirements written in local language for those time you are eating away from the group.

6. WHAT IS THE CURRENCY IN MY DESTINATION?
It is a good idea to travel with a credit card and ATM card. In Vietnam, the US Dollars and Euros are more widely accepted than other currencies (off course, out of VN Dong). However, in some cases, at some hotels they can accept your local currency but not very much.

9. WHAT IS AN EXTRA COST?
An extra cost is something you will pay direct to the tour or hotel upon arrival. Or, something is mentioned in NOT INCLUDED.  Most of Amity Smile trips are “All Clusive” meaning no extra fees will need to be paid. 

10. HOW DO I KNOW  MY RESERVATION IS CONFIRMED?
After you make an online booking, we will follow up with you to confirm availability and confirm the booking.  Your reservation is not confirmed until receive this follow up email or fax. 

11. CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO THE ITINERARY  OF MY GROUP TRIP, EITHER BEFORE OR DURING THE TRIP?
Please make sure that you are happy with your group trip itinerary before booking because we are unable to change them for individual travelers. However, if you and a group of friends, colleagues,…would like your own personally designed itinerary, get in touch with our travel consultants, they can tailor an itinerary just for you.

12.IN CASE OF EMERGENCY ON TOUR, WHO WILL I CONTACT?
When on tour, your tour guide is the first person of contact. We have our own hotline,  so emergency assistance is available 24hours per day. Please see the office contact details listed on your itinerary or on your voucher. 

13. I AM NOT READY TO BOOK RIGHT NOW,  WHAT SHOULD I DO?
For flights, you can make a booking and then we can hold the booking for a limited period of time until you are ready to purchase and issue the ticket. When you make a booking, we will inform you of the amount of time until the ticket must be issued since this time frame varies by airline.
For hotels, in order to make a booking and hold a room, you must confirm and pay immediately. Unfortunately, we cannot hold a hotel booking for you without payment.
For tours, as tours are related to hotels booking. We will need you 30% for Deposit. This amount is to cover our costs if you cancel the tour. Almost is for cancellation charges of hotels/resorts.
